Covering the Knowledge Quarter at Kings Cross/Euston and the North London boroughs of Hackney, Enfield, Waltham Forest, Haringey and Broxbourne in south Hertfordshire.
Comprising Essex and Hertfordshire County Councils and the district/borough councils of Epping Forest, Harlow, Uttlesford, Broxbourne, and East Hertfordshire.
Consisting of Cambridge City, Cambridgeshire County Council, Essex County Council, Hertfordshire County Council, Stevenage Borough Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mayoral Combined Authority and Uttlesford District Council.
