?South Cambridgeshire District Council is recruiting a client advisory team for its Northstowe new town development.

The team will assist the council’s project team in identifying and developing a series of options which meet the council’s strategic development brief, work with the team, stakeholders and consultees to evaluate the options and identify a best value approach which will deliver the agreed project outcomes and maximise the investment available.

Northstowe is a large planned new town of around 10,000 homes - the UK's largest new town since Milton Keynes - located on the site of a former airfield on the fringes of Cambridge. The phased project will eventually house around 24,400 people.

The deadline for applications is 1pm, 1 March, 2021.
