More than 200,000 participants will be involved in Cityscape Global – one of the world’s largest and most influential real estate events taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 11-14 November 2024.
Organized in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH), the event will feature more than 400 exhibitors and 500-plus speakers from more than 170 countries.
Corridor Chair Jackie Sadek will be taking part in the “Fireside Chat: Breaking Barriers — Financing Affordable Housing” session on 12 November, along with May Abdelhamid, CEO of Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, Ministry of Housing and Development, Egypt. At the Asset Horizons stage from 2.40pm to 3.10pm, they will discuss unpacking the financial complexities and innovative funding strategies that can break the affordability barriers in real estate, making homeownership accessible to more people.
